Titan Wireless Stage Lighting , Astera

At Astera Brad Larsen worked as a mechanical engineer and project manager.  He designed water ingress testing equipment and UL/fire safety compliance tests for Astera’s biggest sellers’ “Titan” and “Helios”.  At the start of the project 0% of the Titans were saleable as they all leaked.   To remedy these issues, he brought outside CNC and precision gluing processes in-house. His work resulted in 10% cost reduction with 100% of final assemblies passing IP68 and X2 outdoor rain water tests.
